In the high-speeding net society,traditional paper media has huge challenges from new media.As a distinctive kind of newspaper,college newspaper shows different characteristics in the digitized developing strategies.Newspaper of Shenyang Institute of Engineering has done useful exploration on digitized development to adapt itself to the construction needs.
