Exploration and Practice on Inquiry Teaching Method of the Engineering Mechanics Curriculum

工程力学是工科类专业一门重要的技术基础课程,是学生学习其他相关后续课程的必要基础。通过阐述探究式教学方法的内涵与特点,并以"点的合成运动"的教学为例,介绍了探究式教学法的实施过程及实施原则。实践证明,探究式教学法是提高教学质量,培养创新型人才的有效途径。

Engineering mechanics is an important basic course of engineering specialty, and also provides theoretical foundation to follow-up courses. Connotation and characteristics of inquiry teaching method are explained. Combining teaching practice, this paper introduces concrete measures and implementation principle of inquiry teaching. The practice shows that inquiry teaching method can improve teaching quality and also an effective way of training creative talents.
