Strengthening students′ psychological education in employment is of important realistic significance to college students′ employment.This education should focus on occupational values,self-awareness,occupation-awareness,and psychological adjustment.College students′ psychological quality could be improved by a variety of teaching activities,such as job-seeking consulting,psychological assessment on occupation,working practice and relative education etc.
