基于投入产出法对生产性服务业的分析——以江苏省为例

The Development of Producer Services Based on Input-output Approach

生产性服务业作为现代服务业的重要组成部分,是衡量一个地区综合竞争力和现代化水平的重要标志之一。以江苏为例,采用投入产出分析法揭示生产性服务业的特点,参考发达国家标准,并与北京、浙江、上海等兄弟省市以及全国平均水平进行比较分析,得出了目前生产性服务业存在总体水平偏低,经济效益不高,技术、知识资本密集度偏低,关联效应有限等问题。对影响生产性服务业因素的实证分析显示,制造业发展程度、人力资本和服务业FDI具有明显的正面促进作用,城市化程度、交易费用和市场化程度不显著。加大生产性服务业发展必须大力发展先进制造业,提高人力资本投入和服务业FDI水平。

As an important part of modern services,producer services have higher value added with less natural resources cost and less environment pollution.It has gradually become one of the standard of modern level and regional competitive power.To speed up producer services can not only achieve scientific development but also can promote economic structure and competitive power.It will be a certain choice for enhancing sustainable ability through higher industry chain.This paper analyze the development of producer services in Jiangsu based on input-output approach.As well as comparing with some developed countries,some domestic developed province and cities,we get a conclusion that Jiangsu producer services has lower technical concentricity,lower economic value,small linkage impact on other industries.The extent of how manufacture developed,human capital and service FDI are proved to be the main elements which influenced producer service.and transaction cost、degree of market economy and urbanization degree has little influence.So it is necessary to develop advanced manufacture、promote human capital and service FDI.Some suggestions on how to improve producer services are given at the end of paper.
