隧洞管片体形求解与制作误差分析

摘要 掘进机施工隧洞所用的蜂窝形管片是六边型弧面体 ,由半径、弧长等要素控制 ,各点之间尺寸多为弧线或弦线 ,有的可以量测 ,有的不宜直接量测。文章推导了蜂窝形管片几何尺寸的数学求解 ,还分析了管片制作的几种体形变形与主要尺寸的关系 ,建议用管片上可量测尺寸与设计对比来判定管片的制作精度 ,可供管片生产现场量测校核管片精度使用。 The segment used in constructing tunnel with shield method is the hexagonal cambered surface body,it is determined by radius,arc length and so on.Most of the connection line between points is of the arc or chord,of which some may be able to be measured directly,and some may be not.In this paper,the geometric sizes of the segment such as chord length,arc length,chord height,length of diagonal line,waist length and so on have been derived with mathematical equations,the relations between shape deformation of the segment manufacturing and main sizes are also analysed.Finally,the authors suggest that the manufacturing precision of the segment be judged by comparing the measured sizes among many points of the segment with the design values,which can be applied in measuring and in checking the precision of the segment on site.
