How to Do the Engineering's Work Well Under the Condition of FIDIC Contract

引黄工程国际Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ标采用世行贷款 ,按照世行要求合同文本采用FIDIC条款。文中就如何在FIDIC合同条件下做好工程师工作进行了论述。

In this paper,the following viewpoint on project construction is given.Under the condition of the FIDIC contract,in order to make the project construction well,firstly,the project should have a good design and a rational time limit determined according to natural law and scientific law,then the strong and qualified contractor should be selected.Based upon them,the employer should determine the engineer by the way of bidding or direct assignment,then the engineer should be fully authorized to realize the connection of his duty and right.Finally,the engineer should grasp the three key links,namely,progress control,investment control and quality control to do his own job well.Some problems on progress control,investment control and quality control such as judgement of responsibility of term delay,quality control on design and material,on situ supervising,changing of quantity,unit price,size and content of the project and claim are also discussed.
