医学院校毕业生求职问题行为及相关因素调查分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解医学生求职过程中的问题行为并分析其影响因素,为科学指导医学生就业提供依据。方法使用自行设计问卷,以有求职经历的409名医学院校毕业生及55名医院面试官为调查对象,对医学生作假、失信、攀比等多种求职问题行为现状及其影响因素进行调查。结果医学生求职中发生频率最高的问题行为为盲目求高和攀比行为,最不常见的问题行为为毁约和逃避等问题行为。医院等用人单位对医学生求职中问题行为评价结果与医学生自评结果相一致,最常见的也是盲目求高行为。医院面试官和医学生均对医学生就业期望与学业成本高有关的项目表示认同;医院面试官最不认同医学生在求职中的作假行为,与医学生的认同度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医学生求职问题行为表现多样,受多种因素的影响,应加强医学生职业教育,综合家庭、学校和社会力量引导医学生就业。 Objective To understand medical graduates' problem behaviors and its influencing factors and to provide guidance for medical graduates' job-hunting. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was applied in the investigation covered 408 medical graduates with experience of job applying and 55 employers from hospitals. Results Blind expectation and comparison were the most frequently seen phenomena among medical students when applying jobs, while breaking promise and shirking were the least frequently seen. In terms of employers from hospitals, cheating was the top factor that couldn't be accepted. Conclusion There are diverse problem behaviors in job-hunting among medical graduates which are affected by various factors. Professional education, guidance from families, universities and the whole society will enhance the rational employment of medical graduates.
