In this paper,in order to ensure the construction quality of the YRDP,the following measures on strengthening the survey supervising are presented:1]to make certain of the main basis of survey supervising;2]to be familiar with the content and requirement of survey supervising;3]to enhance the quality of personnel who are engaged in supervision through training going in for doing their job better;4]to improve the precision of the instruments used for survey supervising;and 5]to do well in organization and coordination of survey supervising.
