Discussing the Method of Rough Estimate Making on Domestic and Foreign Capital

本文通过对《山西省万家寨引黄一期工程联接段内外资概算》编制所采用的单价法与实物量法两种方法的比较分析 ,着重叙述了国际通用计算工程造价的方法即实物量法的编制方法 ,提出了利用外资建设的水利水电工程项目内外资概算编制同时采用两种方法 ,切实达到工程概算反映工程实际造价的目的。

In this paper,the rough estimate making on domestic and foreign capital for the Connection Works of the YRDP is taken as an example,two methods used for making the rough estimate of water and water power project are compared.They are the unit price method,which is often used at home and the analysis method,which is commonly used overseas.The analysis method is mainly introduced,the writers viewpoint presented that both the two methods should be applied at the same time in making the rough estimate when foreign capital is introduced so as to feasibly realize the purpose that the rough estimate reflects the actual cost of the project.
