摘要
依据民用建筑能效测评机构对人员能力的要求,综合分析了关键人员数量、专业、经验、技术水平方面的要求,提出等级评定法及满意度评价法,采用模糊数学的方式进行人员能力评价。举例对评价方法进行了论证。
The amounts, disciplines, experiences and technical levels of key sttrff are analyzed in this program comprehensively, based on the requirements of staff capacity by the civil building energy efficiency testing and evaluation organization, and proposes a grading evaluation methodology and a satisfactory evaluation methodology to evaluate the staff capacity via fuzzy mathematics. It also uses a case study to prove such evaluation methodologies.
