浅析公安机关网络舆情分析预警机制与对策

近年来随着我国互联网的快速发展,网络逐渐成为民众表达观点与意见的平台,网络舆情异军突起,从过去影响力局限于虚拟网络逐渐发展成为影响社会生活的主要力量。一些社会事件在网络强大传播力的推动作用下,往往迅速成为社会关注的热点,处理不及时或者处理不当极易引发"群体性事件"。另一方面,网络舆情对促进公安机关信息化、规范化建设方面也发挥着重要作用。公安机关要积极利用网络正面影响,及时合理引导其负面影响,提高应对网络舆情的分析预警能力,制定有效的应对策略,推动公安工作的不断发展进步。

With the rapid development of the Internet in China in recent years,the network has gradually become a platform for people to express their views and opinions,network public opinion gradually developed into the major forces affecting the social life sprung from the past influence confined to the virtual network.Some social events in the role of powerful network propagation force,often quickly become the focus of attention of the society,and to deal with in a timely manner or improper handling can easily lead to ＂mass incidents＂.Network public opinion,on the other hand,the promotion of the public security organs,standardized building plays an important role.The public security organs to actively make use of the the network positive impact,a reasonable guide to its negative impact,improve response to network public opinion analysis early warning capability,the development of effective strategies to promote the continuous development and progress of public security work.
