大体积混凝土裂缝的探索

Study on the Crack of Mass Concrete

指出大体积混凝土工程中较为普遍的问题是混凝土裂缝现象,混凝土收缩、内外温差、原材料质量以及地基不均匀沉降等均可导致混凝土产生裂缝。根据大体积混凝土工程的自身特点,从原材料质量控制、施工工艺质量控制和混凝土内外温差控制三个方面入手,阐述了预防混凝土裂缝产生的主要控制措施。

The phenomenon of the concrete crack is a general problem in the mass concrete project. The contraction of concrete, temperature differences between internal and external concrete, qualities of raw materials, and non-uniform sedimentations of the foundation can all cause concrete cracks. According to the features of mass concrete project, this article elaborates main preventive measures of the concrete crack through three aspects： quality control of raw materials, quality control of construction technology, and control of temperature differences between internal and external concrete.
