摘要
为了得到高纯度的聚醚酮产物,对聚醚酮过滤工艺及过滤器进行设计。结果发现适宜的操作条件为加料速度60kg/h、挤出机末段加热温度380℃、出口压力10 MPa、熔体泵出口最大压力30 MPa,过滤网为棒式304材质;过滤后Ф5μm的颗粒杂质小于5个/cm2,纯物料收率90.5%。
Abstract: The filter device and process were designed for high pure PEK. The re-sults show that the proper operating conditions such as the feeding speed, the heating temperature of the end of the extruder, the outlet pressure of the extruder, the maxi-mum pressure of melt pump are 60 kg/h,380 ℃,10 MPa and 30 MPa respectively. A rod-shaped filter is made of 304 stainless steels. The impurities particle ( Ф5μm) number is less than pure material is 90.5 five per square centimeter after filtrating. The yield coefficient of %.
