摘要
采用焚烧—甲酸还原—王水溶渣—结晶—锌粒置换工艺从废钯/炭催化剂中回收金属钯,研究了王水溶渣步骤的反应温度、反应时间及王水加入量对钯回收率的影响。实验结果表明,在反应温度80~90℃、反应时间8.0 h、m(钯精渣):研(王水)=1:8的条件下,金属钯的回收率达97.0%左右。
palladium was recovered from waste palladium/carbon catalyst by the incineration-formic acid reduction-aqua regia dissolution-crystallization-zinc particle replacement process. For the aqua regia dissolution step, the effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and aqua regia dosage on the palladium recovery were studied. Under the conditions of reaction temperature 80-90 ℃, reaction time 8.0 h, re(palladium fine residue) : m(aqua regia)=1 : 8, palladium recovery is about 97.0%.
