青云公司在三峡工程建设中 ,经过两年多的实践与探索 ,通过深化项目法施工 ,实行科学管理 ,逐步摸索出一套较为规范的管理体制和运行机制 。

During the past two years of practice in the construction of the Three Gorges Project, the Qingyun Joint Venture has gradually established a set of standard management system and operation mechanism and created a Qingyun pattern of intensive operation management, through intensification of implementation of construction by project approach, scientific management and careful construction.
