Pre-Construction Work on Rolling Development of Jinsha River

溪洛渡和向家坝水电站是金沙江一期开发的工程项目。项目业主负责前期工作 ,在组织编制可行性研究报告时 ,根据两个阶段的要求采取两种不同的管理模式。

The Xiluodu and Xiangjiaba hydro schemes have been listed in the first batch of development projects on the Jinsha river, the upper reaches of the Yangtze river. The owner of the projects is responsible for the pre_construction work. During the feasibility study reports were prepared two different management patterns were taken according to the different requirements for two stages. We've made valuable approaching in respect of how to play the leading role of the owner and consulting role of the intermediary agencies.
