摘要
基于观测器的故障诊断方法,是基于观测对象数学模型可以确定的一种故障诊断方法。当伺服控制系统出现传感器、执行器或控制电路故障或失效,在观测器观测误差中会叠加一故障向量,使得观测误差不为0,则可判断控制系统发生故障。采用该方法对火炮伺服控制系统进行实时监控,对于提高火炮伺服控制系统可靠性和智能性具有现实意义。本文以一典型火炮伺服控制电路为例,求取了其故障观测器各参数,并建立了Matlab/simulink电路模型。仿真验证表明:通过观测器的观测误差对伺服控制系统运行状态进行实时监控和故障诊断,是行之有效的方法。
Fault diagnose based on observers is an approach which is based on certain math mode of observed object. When fault or invalidation of servo controlled system happens in its transducer, actuator and controlled circuit, fault vector can superimposed in the observed error, so that this error is not equal to 0 and can determine that the controlled system have a fault. Carry real time monitoring out by adopting this approach, which has a realistic significance on improving reliability and intelligence of gun servo controlled system. The author took a typical servo controlling system for example, and calculated parameters of fault observer, and set Matlab/Simulink circuit mode up. Simulation shows that this approach is effective.
