摘要
步进电动机今后的发展方向是寻求一种快速性有较明显提高的主流系列产品,关键是要提高电动机的最大比转矩系数Cmt,同时要考虑技术经济指标和制造工艺适合量产等,分析了追求步进电动机性能提高过程中的成果,增强型结构的混合步进电动机很突出,应能成为主流步进电动机发展的趋势。增强型电动机样机的测试表明:最大比转矩系数明显提高,基本上能达到通用伺服电动机的水平;开环运行转速和输出功率明显提高;不饱和的转矩特性,改变了步进电动机因饱和特性而不是理想的适合闭环控制的电动机类型,增强型电动机采用闭环控制可以获得接近或类似通用交流伺服电动机系统的快速性和过载能力。

Enhanced hybrid stepping motor prototype test shows that the maximum specific torque coefficient obviously improved, it basically can achieve universal servo motor level; Open-loop operation speed and output power is increased obviously. With unsaturated torque characteristics, closed-loop control is suitable for enhanced hybrid stepping motor, the rapidity and overload ability of enhanced motor using closed-loop control can get close to or similar with general AC servo motor system.
