BLDC链式定子铁心结构及制造工艺探讨

摘要 主要论述了一种低成本、低噪音、高效节能的无刷直流电机(BLDC)、用链式铁心的设计及加工工艺。此链式铁心进行冲片槽形、定子齿辅助沟设计创新、有效降低定转子间的齿槽转矩,降低电机运行时的噪音,辅以合理的高速冲压、自动叠扣、使用先进的链式铁心绝缘衬套PBT整体塑封、多头绕线、自动成圆焊接等创新工艺;能够大幅度提高电机的生产效率。经举例对比及其实际生产效果,可充分说明这种铁心设计和制造工艺不仅能提高电机的质量、生产效率,并能降低制造成本。 This passage mainly discussed a low cost, low noise energy efficient about brushless DC motor with chain design and procetssing of the core. This chain core punching, the stator teeth auxiliary groove design innovation: effectively reduce the cogging torque between the stator and rotor, reducing the noise when the motor is running. The core of this chain, a straight line supported by a reasonable speed stamping, automatically stack buckle, the use of advanced chain core insulation bushing PBT plastic, long winding auto- matically into a circle welding and innovative technology, which can significantly improve the production efficiency of the motor. Compared with the actual production results, it can be fully illustrated that the core design and manufacturing process can improve motor quality, production efficiency and also reduce manufacturing costs.
