摘要
以罗茨风机叶片为例,通过激光扫描和数据处理,得到叶片截面线,然后导入UG软件,通过拉伸,得到叶片包络曲面,并进行了加工仿真,方便快捷,对大大降低包络曲面设计和制造周期提供有效实践经验。
Take Roots blower machine blade for an example, the blade section line has been made through the laser scan and data processing. Then import it into UG software, the blade envelope surface has been made by stretching and be simulated. It is convenient and efficient, and provides experience to short the time of envelope surface design and the man- ufacturing period.
