摘要
采用三家厂商生产的TiCN(C:N=7:3)粉末按相同的配方制得三组混合料A,B,C,通过加压一次性烧结制得试样A-P,B-P,C-P;通过真空-加压两次烧结制得试样A-SP,B-SP,C-SP,试验结果表明:相较加压一次性烧结,通过真空-加压两次烧结制得的三组试样性能更好,而其中C-SP性能最好。
The TiCN( C:N = 7:3 )powders provided by three ditterent manutacturers are used to prepare three groups of mixtures A, B ,C with the same formula, these mixtures are used to prepare three groups of samples A - P. B - P, C - P by pressurized disposable sintefing and prepare other three groups of samples A - SP ,B - SP^C - SP by vacuum pressurized two times sintering. The analysis results show that:compared with pressurized disposable sintefing, the samples prepared by vacuum pressurized two times sintering have better performance, and the performance of C - SP is the best.
