摘要
运用ANSYS软件对转子基准圆精密加工时使用的顶部刮削刀架进行有限元计算,得到了刀架在切削力作用下的应力分布和变形情况,结果表明刀架结构的设计是合理可靠的。
The article has performed FEM mechanical analysis of the tool support for rotor' s reference journal machi- ning by means of ANSYS software, which gave the stress distribution and deformation on the tool support. As known from the analysis results, the design of the tool support is valid and reliable.
