摘要
介绍一种电脑横机控制系统机头控制器的设计方案。该方案以F040高性能单片机为核心,通过CAN总线与上位机通讯,完成对电脑横机机头执行元件的控制。机头控制器由核心板、电动机驱动板、选针器与电磁铁驱动板和电源底板几个部分组成,分别介绍了各部分的功能及电气原理。该方案结构简单,维护方便,数据传输量少,可应用于CAN总线传送方式的电脑横机的控制系统。
This paper introduces one kind of design proposal of carriage controller of computer-based flat knitting machine control system.It completes the control to actuating element of flat knitting machine carriage through communication between CAN bus and upper computer which has F040 single chip microcomputer as its core.Carriage controller is composed of core-board,motor driver board,selector,electromagnet driver board and power motherboard.Besides,it introduces the function and electric theory of each part.This proposal possesses simple structure,easy maintenance and less data-transfer volume,which can apply in the control system of CAN bus computer-based flat knitting machine.
