农民工的体育参与与社会公平

Sports Participation and Social Justice for Migrant Workers

通过文献资料、问卷调查和数理统计的方法对农民工的体育参与现状和制约因素进行了调查研究,并分析了农民工体育参与过程中的社会公平问题。认为:影响农民工体育参与主要有6个方面,分别是文化素质、体育消费能力、体育锻炼认知、体育健身知识、体育健身组织、体育健身环境。从6个主要因素中的心理认同因子层面、差异趋同因子层面和受歧视因子层面进行公平感分析并提出相应的对策建议,以期为农民工体育的发展提供理论参考。

This paper studied the present situation and constraints of sports participation ot migrant workers in China and analyzed the issue of social equity in the process sports participation of migrant workers, using reference materials, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics. It suggests that the factors affecting sports participation of migrant workers in China mainly include six aspects： cultural quality, sports consumption capacity, physical exercise cognition, sports and fitness knowledge, sports and fitness organization as well as sports and fitness environment. This paper analyzed the perception of justice from the perspectives of psychological identity, assimilating difference and discrimination of the six major factors and proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to provide a theoretical reference for promoting sports development for migrant workers in China.
