The era with all media is approaching which makes the entity library faces a severe chal- lenge. Entity library must have a refresh thinking of positioning so that they can find a core value system which belongs to itself appropriately and can search a developing method which goes along with needs of the times and the readers. This article illustrates how to arrange the service in a hu- manity way and how to develop the various service for the readers, in order to promote the core com- petition of library.
