聚酰亚胺/滑石粉复合薄膜聚集态结构对性能的影响

摘要 借助原子力显微镜、广角X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、偏光显微镜、动态热机械分析仪、力学性能测试等手段对聚酰亚胺(PI)/滑石粉复合薄膜进行分析与表征。研究结果表明,滑石粉起到成核剂作用,诱导PI结晶。在酰亚胺化过程中,温度升高,结晶越来越明显。随着滑石粉质量分数从0%增加到5%,复合薄膜结晶度增加,拉伸弹性模量、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率增大,热膨胀系数明显下降。当滑石粉质量分数低于5%时,复合薄膜吸水率降低。当滑石粉质量分数为3%时,复合薄膜的综合性能最佳。 Polyimide/talc composite films were investigated and characterized by means of AFM, XRD, SEM, PLM, DMA and mechanical properties test, et al. The results showed that talc as a nucleating agent could induce crystallization of polyimide. During imidization process, more obvious crystallizations were associated with higher temperatures. With the mass fraction of talc increasing from 0% to 5%, the crystallinity, tensile elasticity modulus, tensile strength and ultimate elongation at break of polyimide / talc composite films increased and thermal expansion coefficient reduced obviously. When the mass fraction of talc was lower than 5%, water absorption of the composite films reduced. When the mass fraction of talc was 3%, the combination properties of polyimide / talc composite films was optimal.
