摘要
综合分析了汽车扶手本体骨架的结构和装配要求,针对塑料件各面多倒扣的结构特点,分别设计了定模内滑块抽芯机构和特殊的复合抽芯机构,完成了汽车扶手本体骨架注塑模具设计。该模具结构复杂,抽芯机构之间配合精度高,模具结构紧凑,运动平稳可靠。
The structure and assembly requirements of the main framework in automobile armrest were comprehensive analyzed. According to the structure characteristics of many undercuts existing in the surfaces of the plastic part, inner slide block in the fixed half core-pulling mechanism and special combined core-pulling mechanism was designed for completing the injection mould design of main framework in automobile armrest. The mould had a complex core-pulling mechanism which needs high fitting accuracy, had the advantages of compact structure, stable and reliable motion.
