摘要
通过不同的试样界面结构设计在拉伸机上改进粘接力测试机构,采用不同的基体材料和包覆材料进行双物料注射实验,选择不同的方法测试两界面的粘接强度情况。结果表明,从剥离强度的角度测试搭接型结构试样的粘接强度比从拉伸强度的角度测试斜面对接型、阶梯面联接型对接型等结构试样更确切;采用90°剥离强度实验测试双物料注射试样的粘接强度的方法可行。
Adhesive strength testing mechanism was improved with the tensile testing machine through the design of different sample interface structure, then varied substrate materials and cladding materials were used to do the two-material injection experiment, the interfacial bond strength of the two-mterials was tested with different methods. The results showed that the interfacial bond strength testing for overlap structure sample from the aspect of peel strength was more reasonable than that for oblique, ladder or butt joint structure sample from the aspect of tensile strength. It was reasonable and reliable for testing the interracial bond strength of the two-material injection molding sample through 90~ peel strength testing method.
