摘要
以C22三元酸单甲酯(MEMAA)为原料、无水乙醇为溶剂,然后和氢氧化钠和氯化钙发生复分解反应合成了桐酸基三元酸钙盐。用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)对合成产物进行表征,以刚果红法、热老化烘箱法和热重(TG)分析法考察其作为PVC热稳定剂时的热稳定性,并对其热稳定机理进行了初探。结果表明,桐酸基三元酸钙盐作为PVC热稳定剂能够中和吸收PVC热降解所产生HCl,从而减缓PVC的脱HCl速率;与二聚脂肪酸钙相比,桐酸基三元酸钙盐使PVC具有更好的热稳定性。
Calcium carboxylate of tung oil triacid was synthesized through metathesis reaction of methyl of C22 triacid ( MEMAA ) as raw material, liquid sodium hydroxide and liquid calcium chloride in absolute ethyl alcohol as solvent and its structure was confirmed by FTIR. The thermal stability of poly ( vinyl chaloride ) ( PVC ) with the calcium carboxylate of tung oil triacid as thermal stabilizer was determined by means of the Congo-red test, heat aging test and thermogravimetric analysis. Further more, the thermal stable mechanism of calcium carboxylate of tung oil triacid as thermal stabilizer was investigated preliminaricy. The results showed that calcium carboxylate of tung oil triacid which used as thermal stabilizer of PVC could absorb hydrogen chloride which came from the degradation of PVC, then reduced the dehydrochlorination rate. Compared with calcium dimer acid, PVC with adding calcium carboxylate of tung oil tracid had better thermal stability.
