中药汤剂对感染念珠菌大鼠模型血清中IFN-γ和IL-10含量的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨中药汤剂对感染念珠菌大鼠模型血清中γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)和白细胞介素-10(IL-10)表达的影响。方法制备念珠菌感染大鼠模型,将模型大鼠分别采用中药汤剂(中药汤剂组)、氟康唑(氟康唑组)、生理盐水(对照组)治疗,于治疗的第3天和第7天采血,用酶联免疫分析法检测各组大鼠血清中IFN-γ和IL-10含量。结果中药汤剂组、氟康唑组大鼠血中IL-10浓度与对照组比较差异均有显著性,第3天中药汤剂组IL-10水平低于氟康唑组(P<0.05),第7天比较差异无显著性;中药汤剂模型组与氟康唑组治疗第3天IFN-γ水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗后第7天IFN-γ亦较治疗第3天提高,但差异无显著性(P>0.05)。中药汤剂模型组与氟康唑组两组IFN-γ比较差异无显著性。结论中药汤剂治疗念珠菌感染大鼠具有很好的免疫调节作用。 Objective To explore the effect of Chinese medicine on expression levels of IFN - y and IL - 10 in serum samples of Candida infected - rat models. Methods ELISA was applied to detect the serum levels of IFN -y and IL - 10 in Candida infected - rat models. Results There was significant difference ( P 〈0.01 ) found between Chinese medicine - administered and control groups regarding serum level of serum IFN - y, while no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ) tested between Fluconazole - administered and control groups. The two medicine - adminis- tered groups showed higher level of serumal IL - 10 compared to control rats, but no statistical significance ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Chinese medicine decoction is a good candidate for immunoregulatory mediator.
