Exploration on Acupuncture Treatment Regulation for Diseases of Yin-Deficiency Constitution

从病理特点、异病同治、诊疗原则、针灸探源、腧穴临证和针灸调体等6个方面论述阴虚体质易感疾病针灸调治规律。其机制可能是通过助阴阳自和、调升降出入、协五脏制化而导热外出、引热下行、调和阴阳达到改善阴虚体质偏颇状态、影响疾病病理过程的目的。

This paper summarizes the acupuncture treatment regulations for the diseases of yin-deficiency constitution from the following six aspects ： the pathologic characteristic, the treatment of the different diseases with the same method, the principle of diagnosis and treatment, the origin of acupuncture, the clinical application of aeupoints and the human constitution regulation by acupuncture. Its mechanisms may be to improve the yin-deficiency constitution status and cure the disease through reestablishing the equilibrium of yin-yang, regulating the ascending, descending, egression and ingression of qi, and assisting the interrelationship of five organs.
