活性碳素纤维腰围配合魏氏手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Wei's Manipulation with Activated Carbon Fiber Waist in Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的:观察活性碳素纤维腰围配合魏氏手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将70例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例。所有患者均给予魏氏手法治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用活性碳素纤维腰围治疗,疗程为2个月。采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS评分)评价患者的疼痛症状,采用"腰椎疾患治疗成绩评分表"评价患者的腰椎功能。结果:治疗后,两组患者的疼痛症状及腰椎功能较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),且治疗组患者的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:活性碳素纤维腰围配合魏氏手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Wei＇ s manipulation with activated carbon fiber waist in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods ： Seventy patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 35 cases in each group. The patients in control group were treated by Wei＇ s manipulation, and the patients in treatment group were treated by Wei ＇ s manipulation with activated carbon fiber waist, with a course of two months. The pain scores were evaluated by visual analog scale （VAS）, and the functions of the lumbar vertebrae were evaluated in accordance with the assessment system of Japanese Orthopedic Association （ JOA ）. Results： After treatment, the symptom of pain and the function of the lumbar vertebrae significantly improved in both groups （P 〈0.05）, and two months after treatment, the effects of the treatment group were better than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Wei＇ s manipulation with activated carbon fiber waist is effective and safe in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
