摘要 提出了一种基于CAN总线的多级分布式发电机组电气性能测试系统。利用数字信号处理器(DSP)及三菱M16C/6N系列单片机实现了对电气参数的采集和控制,设计了一种基于AT89S52单片机的智能负载,可自动根据测试需要调节负载大小,利用工控机和组态控制软件,实现了对发电机组多个电气参数的远程实时监测和综合分析。提出了一种基于离散傅里叶变换(DFT)的同步交流采样算法,通过"三点"法实现了频率的跟踪,提高了采样精度。实际应用表明,系统组态灵活、测试精度高、可靠性高。 A multilevel distributional system for testing the electrical performance of power generating sets based on CAN bus is presented.The collection and control of electrical parameters are realized by utilizing the digital signal processor(DSP) and the sixteen-bit microcontroller unit(MCU) M16C / 6N of renesas,and an intelligent load based on the MCU of AT89S52 is designed.This intelligent load can change automatically according to the need of testing.The remote real-time supervision and integrated analysis of multiple electrical parameters of power generating sets are realized by the industrial personal computer(IPC) and the configuration control software.An synchronous AC sampling algorithm based on the discrete fourier transform(DFT) is presented,and the sampling precision is improved through the frequency traced by using the method of "three points".It indicates that the system is characterized by flexible configuration,high precision and great reliability.
