Investment risk of the real estate market:an analysis

随着我国房地产行业的高速发展和不断的宏观调控,房地产市场的风险与日剧增,如何规避投资风险成为投资人必须考虑的问题。该文首先分析影响房地产投资风险的因素,针对这些投资风险因素,以重庆市房地产市场为例应用因子分析法进行深入分析,并对其投资风险因素进行综合排序,得出影响房地产市场投资的主要因素及其影响程度的大小,最后将所得的结论结合目前房地产市场现状提出一些建议和对策。

With the high-speed development and continuous macroeconomic control in China＇s real estate industry,the risk of the industry is growing too.Hence,how to avoid the investment risk becomes a question that investors have to consider.Based on the analysis of the risk factors that will influence the real estate investment and taking the Chongqing real estate market as an example,this paper makes s further analysis by using the factor analysis method.Then it sums up the major risk factors and their influence degrees.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions and strategies.
