基于协作的高职学生顶岗实习过程管理研究

顶岗实习是高职院校有效推进工学结合人才培养模式的重要形式,是全面落实和发展素质教育的必然要求。本文分析了顶岗实习存在的种种问题,提出了基于协作的顶岗实习过程管理模式。

Post practice is not only an effective way to promote the learning-working mode for talent cultivation but also the necessity of implementing and developing quality education.On the basis of analyzing the problems existing in post practice,this paper puts forwards the collaboration-based process management mode.
