摘要
顶岗实习是高职院校各专业必不可少的一个教学环节,对于高职学生专业素养的提升和职业能力的培养有重要作用。然而,在实习实施过程中仍存在不少问题,影响了实习的效果。文章以物业管理专业为例,分析了顶岗实习存在问题的原因,并提出了在高职院校顶岗实习中构建过程化的教学管理模式。
Post practice is an essential teaching link in a higher vocational college(HVC) and plays an important part in elevating students’ professional attainments and cultivating their vocational ability.However,in the practical teaching process there are some problems which influence the practical effect.Taking the property management specialty as an example,this paper analyses the causes of the problems and forwards the strategy for constructing the teaching management mode for the post process of HVC.
