摘要
"角色扮演"是一种比较适合药品经营管理专业的教学方法,该方法将药品类的部分法规条例,转化为角色之间的问答或者是直接的书面材料,使学生能够更好的记忆和应用。学生通过扮演不同工作场景中的角色,能够体验到"准职业环境"。"角色扮演"不仅巩固了学生的知识也增强了学生的药学技能,使课堂更活跃,师生交流更畅通。
"Role play" is a suitable teaching method for drug business management majors.This method converts certain rules and legislations of drug business into the questions and answers between role players or into direct written materials so that the students can memorize and apply them better.Students can experience the quasi-professional environment through playing different roles in different work scenes.It can not only consolidate students’ knowledge and enhance their pharmaceutical skills,but also activate the classroom atmosphere and the smoother communication between the teacher and the students.
