The overall quality of teachers relies on their professional level and the PE teachers＇ living situation should be paid much attention to. This paper puts forward the strategies of exploring the path to teachers＇ professional self-development, strengthen- ing their sense of professional self-development, urging them to make professional self-development planning, helping them optimize their knowledge structure and beginning the teacher action research.
