当前,随着"看病贵,看病难"的问题日益突出,医患矛盾不断恶化,医务人员的尊严不断受到侵犯。因此,对医务人员尊严的理解和反思,是社会、患者对医务人员的一种人文关怀,是对医务人员的尊重。本文从生命伦理学、心理学、社会学3个维度对医务人员尊严的内涵进行分析,提出应充分尊重医务人员自主权、医院对医务人员实行人性化管理、医务人员恪守职业道德等方面以促进和谐医患关系的形成。
