摘要 目的:了解深圳市小学生健康素养状况和健康教育途径,为开展小学生健康素养干预提供科学依据。方法:采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法从全市小学生中随机抽取2200人,采用统一制作的问卷进行现场调查。结果:深圳市小学生健康观念正确率为71.1%、健康知识知晓率为71.5%、健康行为形成率为78.7%、健康技能掌握率为89.6%;不同性别、户籍、年级之间学生的健康观念正确率差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:深圳市小学生健康素养知识和技能水平仍有待加强,应加大力度继续开展学校健康教育工作。 Objective: Investigating the health literacy of primary students ,we can understand the health problems and health need of them, and it will provide some basis to health promotion of this population. Methods: A multi-stage stratified random sample was used to select students, and 2200 students were recruited and received questionnaires. Results: The ration of having correct concept about health of primary students was 71.7%, owning healthy knowledge was 71.5%, shaping the healthy behavior was 78.7%, and commanding healthy skills was 89.6%. Conclusion: the healthy knowledge and healthy behavior need to be strengthened more.
