山东省村卫生室基本情况调查

Survey and Analysis of Village Medical Institutions in Shandong

目的:了解山东省村卫生室的设置及利用现状,加强和完善村卫生室建设,优化农村卫生资源。方法:统一培训调查员进行现场调查收集数据,采用SPSS13.0统计软件进行数据分析。结果:①全省村卫生室覆盖率63.18%地区间设置不平衡;②全省村卫生室平均服务人口1563.14人,平均服务半径为1.52公里;③全省51782所村卫生室中,集体举办的村卫生室所占比重最大,占60.33%,其次为个体举办,而政府举办村卫生室只占9.43%;④全省村卫生室房屋面积平均110.27平方米,平均每个村卫生室获得政府补助0.73万元;⑤执业人员中44岁及以下人员占57.77%,60岁及以上的占26.19%;执业医师仅占1.59%,全日制中专学历人员所\占59.56%。结论:山东省每个村卫生室服务人口较少,服务半径较小,平均每行政村卫生室数量有待增加,从业人员年龄构成不合理,老龄化严重;执业医师所占比重较小,仍然存在无证从医现象,且人员学历较低,农村卫生服务资源数量及质量有待提高和优化。

Objective： To understand the current setting and use of village medical institutions in Shandong, to strengthen and improve its construction and optimize the rural health service resources. Methods： According to the uniform standard to train the investigators, then investigated and collectd data. Use SPSS13.0 statistical software to analyze the data. Results： （1）The service coverage rate of village medical institution is 63.18%, They are imbalanced in the areas.（2）The average number of each village medical institution serving for health service is 1563.14; the average serviced radius is 1.52kin. （3）The largest proportion of these 51782 village medical institutions in Shandong is collective hosting, accounting for 60.33%; followed by individual hosting, while the village medical institutions hosted by government is 9.43%. （4）The space of each village medical institution is 110.27 square meters. The government subsidiaries of each village medical institution is ￥7300.（5） The practitioners in and below 44 years accounted for 57.77%, above 60 years accounted for 26.19%. Seeing from the practice situation, the practicing physicians accounted for only 1.59%. The employees of full-time secondary education staff accounted for more than 59.56%. Conclusion： The services population of each village medical institution is less in Shandong province, the scope of service is small. The structure of practitioners age is unreasonable. The aging is serious, the education of staff is low, and there are remain undocumented medical appointment phenomenon. The medical institution number of each village needs to be increased, and the health service resources of rural need to be improved and optimized.
