中医药纳入新型农村合作医疗的路径探讨

Study of Paths of Participating into the New Rural Cooperative Medical System for Traditional Chinese Medicine in China

通过文献研究,探讨中医药纳入新型农村合作医疗的路径和模式特点,并对各种途径和模式的效果进行评价,建议各级政府在制定中医药及其适宜技术纳入新农合制度的政策时,应综合采用加大基层医疗机构中医药人才培养、基层中医药的适宜项目与技术的推广、提高和扩展新农合制度中中医药报销比例与范围等倾向性政策。

Through literatures comparative analysis of chinese medicine to participate into the New Rural Cooperative Medical System and model features, to evaluate the effects of all kinds of ways and modes, which is recommended that all levels of government in the development of chinese medicine and its appropriate to participate in the New Rural Cooperative Medical System. The policy should increase primary health care institutions in medicine personnel training, the promotion of grass-roots of chinese medicine appropriate projects and technologies to enhance and expand the New Rural Cooperative Medical System of Traditional Chinese Medicine preference policy for reimbursement of scale and scope.
