摘要
目前医学院校在提高医学专业课程教师人文素质方面存在两大问题:一是教师人文素质的培养措施零散而不成体系;二是缺乏帮助教师将人文知识内化为人文精神的培养路径。因此,本文认为医学院校应转变观念、明确目标,主要从理论培训、人文实践、环境浸染、自我教育等方面着手,构建"四位一体"的医学专业教师人文素质培养模式。
Two prominent problems are found in improving the humanistic quality of medical professional teachers to medical colleges at present: one is the unsound training mechanism for teachers" humanistic quality; the other is the shortage of training paths in teachers" internalization of humanistic knowledge into humanistic principles. To solve these problems, medical colleges shall change routine notion and set up clear objectives to establish a "Four in One" humanistic quality training mode for medical professional teachers through theoretical training, humanism practice, environmental influence and self-education.
