摘要
结合软土地区某高层建筑深基坑中的静压预应力管桩由于大面积挤土浮桩而引发的加固处理问题,提出自由落锤复打法结合现场实时高应变法监控的浮桩加固新方法。通过与传统方法的比对试验分析、加固过程基桩的性状表现研究及加固机理研究,证明该法对大幅提高上浮基桩承载力的有效性和可控性。
In this paper, a project floating upwards in a deep excavation of in soft soil region was illustrated with a great deal of PHC piles a high-rise building because of soil uplift caused by the widespread construction. A new reinforcement method on floating piles with its characteristic of free falling hammer restriking combined highstrain dynamic monitoring method was put forward and introduced. After the comparison of other reinforcement methods, the research of pile properties during the reinforcement process and the analysis of reinforcement mechanism, the validity and controllability in greatly improving the floating piles capacity of this reinforcement method were verified.
