摘要
厦门后溪长途汽车站底板大体积混凝土施工前,将温度控制计算结果与现场温度控制图进行对比分析,以验证温度控制公式的正确性并用以指导施工。结合后浇带设置,划分为4个施工区,采用跳仓法确定浇筑顺序和方法,避免了养护过程中产生的裂缝,混凝土强度达到预期要求。
Before construction of massive concrete bottom plate of Xiamen Houxi Coach Station, calculation result of temperature control and field temperature control diagram are analyzed and compared with each other to verify the correctness of temperature control formula and to guide the construction. The site is divided into 4 construction areas according to the arrangement of post-pouring belt. Concrete pouring sequence and method are determined by using alternate segment concrete construction method to successfully avoid cracks generated during concrete curing and concrete strength meets the expected requirements.
