Analysis of International Large Engineering Project Risk Management and Control——Research on Kamchay Hydropower Station

在国际大型工程项目的进行中,企业面临着各种各样的风险,风险之间交错复杂,容易令企业造成损失。企业要在项目的整个工程中管理风险,才能使得项目顺利进行。对于各种风险,应在风险分析和评估后根据公司对于风险的偏好和承受程度采取相应的策略,提高风险管理意识,增强风险识别和评估能力。

During the international large engineering project,companies face kinds of venture which is totally messed and may make losses. To ensure projects going well, companies should manage risk in the whole process. For different risk, it should be valued and analyzed firstly and measures are taken on companies＂ specific risk preference and loss degree. This paper takes Kamchay hydropower station project as an example, analyzing relevant risk and particular risk management in the construction of hydropower station, enhancing the consciousness of risk management, and the risk of identification and evaluation ability.
