摘要
通过将便于“穷举”生成非劣解集的多年调节“长系列时历法”与能较好地避免决策者偏好影响的多目标决策“近似理想点排序法”相结合的途径 ,得出了满意均衡解水库兴利优化调度方案 .实例表明 ,优化调度方案相应的理论发电效益显著 ,灌溉和城镇需水要求基本能满足 .
In this paper we can get a satisfied solution of equilibrium as the reservoir's optimal dispatching plan from the combining way between pluriennial regulation's ‘long series time last method’ which is easy to come into being‘non inferior solution ’ and multiple target decision ‘approximate aspiration dot arrange method’ which can avoid the effect of decision maker's incline. An example indicated that the corresponding theory of electricity benefit is remarkable from the optimal dispatching plan, and the demands of irrigation and water supply for city are satisfied.
