摘要
本文基于Mathworks公司的Matlab/RTWT和研华公司的PCI-1711数据采集板卡,对汽车电子节气门(ETCS)半实物系统实时仿真平台进行了开发。文中描述了该系统的组成和软硬件设计原理,最后通过PID控制器实现了系统闭环控制,并获得了满意的控制效果。这样的控制实验平台不仅可以为学生在学习经典控制论过程中对控制器综合环节进行训练,而且还可为研发机构提供电子节气门控制算法快速原型研发的参考。
Based on Matlab/RTWT(real-time windows target) of Mathworks and PCI-1711 data acquisition board of Advantech,a semi-physical simulation test bench for automotive electronic throttle is developed.Meanwhile,the constitution of test bench and the related software and hardware design conception are outlined.Finally,the experiments are conducted via a PID controller,and the results show that the test bench provide a suitable settling time.The developed test bench can not only be used to train the ability of students to synthesize the controller which has been studied in classical automation,but also provide an effective method to rapidly develop the controller algorithm of the electronic throttle.
