摘要
分析了气介式超声换能器的振动模式及其两反相区的相消作用 ,提出了在中心反相区构造一个λ /2气隙谐振腔以消除反相区相消作用 ,并通过谐振方式加强外侧辐射区辐射功率的补偿方法 .该方法有效地提高了气介式超声换能器的灵敏度 .
The vibrating mode of ultrasonic sensor in air medium and the coeliminating effect of two opposite phase areas is analyzed. And a method for building a λ/2 air gap vibrating cavity is presented.The method can eliminate the effect of two opposite phase areas and promote the radiative sound power of the outside area of sensor.
