摘要
利用天然气燃烧产生烟气来模拟除尘器后燃煤锅炉烟气,进行了高水分烟气水露点下横向冲刷错列管束的对流冷凝换热试验研究。通过研究,得到了水蒸气份额和烟气流速对烟气与受热面管束间对流冷凝换热影响规律,并将试验结果与传热学经典拟合公式计算结果进行了对比分析。
In this paper,a natural gas burner was used to provide the high moisture flue gas for simulating the flue gas of the high moisture coal fired boiler after the electrostatic precipitator.By changing the proportion of the moisture in the flue gas and the flue gas velocity,the correlation of the convection and condensation heat transfer coefficient between the high moisture flue gas and the staggered bank cooled by water was given,and the calculation result was compared with that of the classic formula.
